Each piece of Silver Bishop Inc is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us immediately. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us to the address we provide. All goods must be returned in the original packaging.
