COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING AND RETURN
USPS services are provided complimentary shipping of cost within the USA.

USPS International Priority services are used on international orders at a flat rate of $100 per shipment. International Duty is payable by the receiver, but we will make every effort to inform you of the approximate amount in advance of shipment. All items must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure that you are able to sign for the package at the delivery address provided when placing your order. Silver Bishop is not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance procedures, duty, and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
Each piece of Silver Bishop Inc is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at jewelry@silverbishopinc.com and we will do our best to assist you. Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us immediately. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back no later than 15 days upon receiving it at the address we provide. All goods must be returned in the original packaging within 15 days of receiving. Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND Upon receipt of items, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty covering all items from any manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if appropriate, replace the item. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item and should not be considered a defect.
