Orders $200.00 – $1,000.00: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all mid-range orders.

Orders $1,000.00 and Up: A mandatory $50.00 Secure Insured Shipping fee is applied to all high-value gold items.
1. Order Processing Time

Handcrafting & Quality Assurance: Our jewelry is meticulously inspected and prepared. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. This time is dedicated to the final quality review, secure packaging, and generation of necessary documentation.

Custom Orders: Processing times for bespoke or custom-designed items will be communicated at the time of purchase, as they require specialized crafting time.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, all domestic shipments are dispatched via Insured Priority Mail or a comparable premium service.

Standard Secure Shipping: 3-5 Business days. Includes full insurance coverage, tracking, and Signature Confirmation.

Express Secure Shipping: 1-2 Business Days. Includes expedited handling, full insurance, tracking, and Signature Confirmation.

Note: For the protection of your investment, Signature Confirmation is mandatory on all orders. We cannot waive this requirement.
3.Delivery and Insurance Guarantee

Secure Delivery: Your jewelry will be discreetly packaged to protect the contents and will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.

Loss or Damage: Silver Bishop Inc. assumes responsibility for your item until it is signed for at the designated address. In the rare event of damage during transit or confirmed loss by the courier, we will initiate a claim and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, according to our Refund Policy.
4.Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and pristine condition, inclusive of all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and tags. Any evidence of wear, alteration, or damage will result in the refusal of the return.

Custom or Bespoke Orders: Due to their unique, personalized nature, all custom-designed or engraved items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.The Return Process

Insured Shipping: For the protection of your valuable return, you are responsible for the shipping costs and must use a traceable, fully insured shipping method (e.g., USPS Registered Mail, FedEx Insured) that requires a Signature Confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
