Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Order Processing Time

 

  • Handcrafting & Quality Assurance: Our jewelry is meticulously inspected and prepared. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. This time is dedicated to the final quality review, secure packaging, and generation of necessary documentation.

  • Custom Orders: Processing times for bespoke or custom-designed items will be communicated at the time of purchase, as they require specialized crafting time.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
 

To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, all domestic shipments are dispatched via Insured Priority Mail or a comparable premium service.

  • Note: For the protection of your investment, Signature Confirmation is mandatory on all orders. We cannot waive this requirement.

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total value of the order, destination, and chosen service tier, reflecting the cost of full insurance and secure handling.

  • We may offer complimentary standard secure shipping on orders exceeding a specified value (e.g., $500). Any such offer will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

4. Delivery and Insurance Guarantee

 

  • Secure Delivery: Your jewelry will be discreetly packaged to protect the contents and will require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.

  • Loss or Damage: Silver Bishop Inc. assumes responsibility for your item until it is signed for at the designated address. In the rare event of damage during transit or confirmed loss by the courier, we will initiate a claim and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, according to our Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Timeline: You may initiate a return for non-custom items within [e.g., 14] calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and pristine condition, inclusive of all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and tags. Any evidence of wear, alteration, or damage will result in the refusal of the return.

  • Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items):

    • Custom or Bespoke Orders: Due to their unique, personalized nature, all custom-designed or engraved items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

    • Used or Worn Items: Items that show signs of having been worn or used.

 

2. The Return Process

 

  • Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us at [Insert Email Address, e.g., JEWELRY@SILVERBISHOPINC.COM] to request an RMA before shipping the item back. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

  • Packaging: Securely package the item using the original Silver Bishop Inc. packaging or comparable high-security materials.

  • Insured Shipping: For the protection of your valuable return, you are responsible for the shipping costs and must use a traceable, fully insured shipping method (e.g., USPS Registered Mail, FedEx Insured) that requires a Signature Confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
